As a mom it was hard to always be strong and stay calm…

When you have sons in these streets you never know who they will meet…

When you have daughters that are queens but sometimes life can be so mean…

Being bullied on a job but you have to remain still because you have bills...

I look in people faces in different places, and I wonder do I really want to trade spaces…

People come to me and say don’t share your story, but I tell them I give God the glory…

What it's like to be in pain sometimes all I can say is Lord keep me sane…?

How I read my bible because that’s the only thing I feel is reliable…

Sometimes I feel I need a drink just so I can think…

The mind can play a trick and make my whole body feel sick…

That all this stress from the mess makes it hard at night for me to rest…

How you lose something so close to your heart ,but in life that’s just another part…

How I pray and give him thanks for allowing me to see another day…

I smile and say, Lord I thank you for listening to me for a while…

All I’m saying is give a person a chance don’t judge them at first glance…

Do not be afraid do not be discouraged for the Lord our God is with us every step we take
